No, silly, it's a pic of Tom Reilly, democratic candidate for governor of Massachusetts!! This is what became of Tom after having selected Marie(I don't have to pay my stinkin'taxes/bills) St. Fleur for his running mate without doing a background check on her, and then dropping her like a soggy kleenex after forcing her to drop out of the race .
