Temporary Untitledments

“If I could spread my arms out
As big as the windshield,
It still
Wouldn’t be enough”,
He said.

Color me,
In red
And blue
And in slightly measured
thoughts,
I’ll think,
Of you
And if I close
My eyes
And really try
Your scented,
Hue
will pass,
Me by
Round my senses,
Slowly
To linger
More than,
A few.

Passing trees,
I clutch,
My knees
Butterflies grow
and
Nobody, knows
But if they should
See,
The shine, on me
It wouldn’t change
A thing
Not one,
Anyways.

‘Cause I’ve
got
a
Windshield
Wide view
with you,
by
My side
And nothing
Not any,
Could change.
Wouldn’t want it to,
Anyways.
