Short and Sweets...

~ I can whistle through a blade of grass- can you? And by the by, the grass pictured at right is the perfect grass for whistling.

~ I went the whole day without eating a potato chip! I love chips, so this is huge for me!

~ Should I do my walk/jog in the very early a.m., or after work? Is early morning better?

~ Can I actually get my butt out the door at 4:30 a.m. to do the above??

~ not only can I touch my toes, I can palm the floor without bending my knees.
