I Apologize...

profusely for the latest post which I have wisely decided to delete.
As this is my journal, of sorts, unfortunately the WWW is subject to my most angriest of rantings, but the amount of F-Bombs that littered my last post was, yeah, pretty disgusting, so...
that being said, I will keep subjecting all who happen to frequent/ stumble here to my innermosts, whether they be happy, sad, pissy, whatever...but I WILL keep the F-Bombs to a bare, bare minimum, promise!
And Lisa- YIKES!!! was right! =)

*I am up to 53 pounds lost- f'ing-A!!!
*I have rediscovered my collarbones, and I am gettitng some nice definition back to that entire area! Exercise DOES pay off, trust me!
*I am slowly starting to run. I do 30-60 sec of running, then a few minutes of walking, then the running again...everything takes baby steps, and according to www.runnersworld.com, I am doing this properly, so YAY!!! me!
*I am receiving donations for my May Avon Walk from some refreshingly surprising places- thanks so very much, Carol and Brian!
* good things happen to good people, this I truly believe.. so I must be due some good stuff down the road when I'll really need it, dontcha think?
